[9:08 AM] I can’t believe I have only 5 more days to go! I am truly proud of myself for getting this far, especially with this being my first fast -ever! Last night I slept ok.. I did have that acid sensation twice, but it went away quick enough. It is nice out, and I am looking to catch some sun later on.
[2:23 PM] Gahh! Food cravings! The house smells of omelet and bacon, and my mouth is watering! This hasn’t happened in quite a while… I did do a little sunbathing earlier, and now I think I will go take a shower to take my mind off food. Then I may go shopping with my mother so that should make me feel better!
SECOND GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!
